Newly renovated with luxurious finishes, this historic home will sleep up to 6 people and features 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a small den with a convertible sofa that doubles as a third bedroom . The Primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath is located on the first floor. The second bedroom and a full bath with laundry facilities is located upstairs. Also located on the first floor are the den with queen sized sleeper/sofa that doubles as a third bedroom, and another full bath. Living, Kitchen and Dining are located at the rear of the house under a soaring vaulted ceiling, with fold-away doors that lead to the private backyard with pool, deck and cabana. A zen waterfall feature will gently lure you into a calm state, or turn on the scupper cascades for a more vibrant setting. The salt water pool is heated and chilled, and offers a splash deck for lounging as well as a plunge area for swimming. The adjacent gazebo offers additional entertaining space with a built-in bar-b-que grill, ice maker and refrigerator. Enjoy all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, state of the art appliances, and TV’s in the Living Room, Bedrooms and Den .
