Master bedroom has King sized bed and desk area for the business traveler with private attached bathroom / dual vanity. Additional bedrooms have King sized bed, Queen bed, and Futon Sleeper. Guest bathroom has dual sink vanity with shower/tub combo. Bedroom with King sized bed has private half bathroom for privacy and desk work area as well. Washer and dryer located in the home if you need to do any washing while on vacation.Beautiful back yard with grass area for the kids to play, heated pool, hammock, patio furniture with lounge chairs next to the pool for you to lay out and catch an Arizona tan. Fire pit and BBQ area also in your private back yard.Guest accessGuests have the entire home to themselves.Other things to notePool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating.Must be 25 years of age to rent home.Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyardNOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
