The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host’s Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff’s schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
