The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you’ll need. With its convenient location, you’ll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay!- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.- PARKING: Street parking only.~ Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.- FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.- NO elevator. Stairs only.- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.- You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 14 steps to reach the second floor.- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.This unit is on the first floor, but you will have to go up several steps to get to first floor. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.- Please treat the unit as your home.
