Architect’s own beach house with great room for living/dining, large open air porch, spacious private yard, and private access to Three Mile Harbor, with private bathing/boating. Unique contemporary design featuring 15′ ceilings. Private access to 3-Mile Harbor. Possible rental of my 14′ Bluejay sailboat to qualified sailors located next to house = $300/week. I will meet with prospective guests and introduce them to the house, site, etc. The house is registered as a rental home with the Town of East Hampton, registry number 16-2,771.This is a beach house! It is not a suburban house. You are meant to walk barefoot in it. It is about the outdoors and Three Mile Harbor.
