There are no shared spaces within the house.- For security purposes, there is a security camera mounted on the front patio facing the front door, front gate and street.- We (the owners) occasionally use the front gate from the street to walk around to our entry behind the house, walking past the front house patio area.- Quiet hours between 9pm and 8am are strictly enforced.
