This patio is only accessible through the home and is not shared.Tower 17 Properties & Management welcomes interactions with our guests and has a staff member available seven days a week to provide tips & recommendations on local restaurants, activities & excursions.Additionally, to insure our guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask that you communicate directly with our team regarding questions, comments or needs. We look forward to assisting you on your next beach vacation.IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent-This is a (3) level entire home in a Duplex Building- Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to access the 2nd and 3rd (Master) bedrooms and (1) to access the alley facing rooftop patio.-Ground Level Patio is shared and you will not have access to the neighbors garage and outdoor parking on the right.- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.-(2) Designated parking spots are provided, (1) in the Garage on the Left and (1) tandem carport located directly behind it.-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.-Crib/Pack n’ Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will becharged to your reservation.
