Modern beach house – Walking distance to Philbin BeachThis beach house is a ten minute walk from Philbin Beach, the town beach on the surf side of Aquinnah.It is an “upside down” house with the kitchen living room, and deck situated upstairs to take advantage of the ocean view. A large yard surrounded by woods affords family plenty of space to play or relax in privacy.Numerous windows and glass doors allow much sunlight in for a bright and airy beach house feel. All appliances and furniture are from 2008 or later. The upstairs has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. With both an upstairs living room and downstairs family room, families or large groups can spread out. A screened in porch with a large table and chairs offers an ideal spot to dine.
