That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.2/ The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house.
