We are a quick drive to all of Denver’s hot areas and sporting attractions such as the Rino District, Lodo, Empower, Coors Field and more!The Space:Inside:Our modern 2/1 Denver apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated to spend your time away lodging in luxury. With furnishings from Furniture Row and both bedrooms equipped with Nectar Mattresses/Premium Pillows, comfort is our top priority! We provide Noise machines for the bedrooms and ample seating throughout the unit. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and a washer and dryer is conveniently located within the unit. We provide all the essential house hold items to keep your travel accessories to a minimum. Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with TV’s with complimentary Hulu w/ Live TV, ESPN+ & Disney +!Our unit is located in a 6-unit building in a quiet residential neighborhood. This unit is the main level unit located on the corner. There is no one on above you. There is a small garden level apartment located below this apartment. We are a 10 minute walk to a few eateries and just a minute drive from trendy Tennyson! We are centrally located to all of Denver’s hottest attractions with easy access to I-70 for your adventures to Boulder, Red Rocks, or the mountains!- We are minutes from I-70 for easy access to the mountains- Minutes from Trendy Tennyson- 10 minutes to Empower Field (Denver Broncos)- 10 minutes to Rino Art District- 10 minutes to Lodo- 12 minutes to Coors Field and downtown Denver- 14 minutes to the Denver Aquarium and Children’s Museum- 15 minutes to Ball Arena (Denver Nuggets)- 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater- 30 minutes to Boulder- 55 minutes to Loveland Ski Area- 1 hr to Eldora (Skiing!)- 1hr and 30 min to BreckenridgeGuest Access:Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay.The Neighborhood:Blocks from Regis University.Getting Around:We recommend having a car.Other Things to Note:THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.Pets are allowed and we charge a $65 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.PARKING:There is ample street parking directly in-front of the unit but is PERMITTED. We supply 1 parking permit per reservation. A $100 fee is charged for lost permits.AC/HEATThere is central AC & Heat. We set AC through the transitional seasons-summer and heat during winter and when needed during Spring and Fall. You will have control of setting the temperature that is comfortable to you but will not have control to toggle between heat and AC. Please reach out if you have questions about this. We provide fans, space heaters and noise machines for added comfort.CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do have baby gates and outlet protectors. Guests may remove these before you arrive. We leave additional outlet covers in kitchen drawers.CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUTAfter confirming your booking, you’ll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can’t guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONSWe HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven’t already.
