NO LOUD PARTIES will be tolerated.Booking party must be 25 years of age.Only guests registered on the booking are allowed at the house without host consent. Maximum of 10 guests are allowed.No smoking anything in the home. Smoking will result in a $1000 fine.Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $100 pet fee applies for all approved pets.IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals.
