Check out the new fitness center that has just been added to the building.The Master Suite has a Rize adjustable King Bed, dual sinks, and a large closet. The Guest Room is fitted with two twin beds and a closet. Both bedrooms feature new furniture and include access to a large private balcony, perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the gorgeous sunset views over Tigertail Beach.South Seas Community Amenities include a Heated Resort-Style Pool, Pickleball/Tennis Courts, and Fitness Center. Boat Docks are available for rent and there is plenty of covered, secure parking.Tigertail Beach is a short walk away and offers many different activities. Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals/Lessons, a Playground, Shelling, and a Snackbar with Beer and Wine.*All renters will be sent a Lease to sign from Sun King Vacation Rentals**Association charges $55/monthly for registration/parking fee.
