The open floor plan allows everyone to spread out yet be gathered at the same time. With plenty of seating and a well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, meals and snacks will be a breeze. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan for your comfort, as well as comfortable beds to sink into for a night of recharging. Spend your days swimming in the on-site pool, or for those beach days of fun in the surf and sand, there’s an outdoor shower to help keep the sand out of the house and your beds. Relax on the covered deck as you sip your coffee or favorite cocktail and take in all the sights around you as you listen to the ocean.House RulesCheck-in time: 4:00 pm.Check-out time: 10:00 am.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
