The home features a stunning kitchen with center island, dining room with a picture window allowing natural light to fill the space, a living room with a TV and faux fireplace, and a sunroom with a dining and sitting area – all of which are wonderful spaces for group gatherings! The side yard features a beautiful stone patio, dining set, a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a grassy yard perfect for lawn games or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surrounding. Additionally the home includes central air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, lobster pot and tools, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, yard games, and all linens and bath towels.Small/Medium dogs allowed with additional fee! **If you are booking via VRBO, please contact me for approval, payment of Pet Fee ($250), and the Pet Agreement.
