There is no shared spaces.House rules and Things to KnowNOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. Your welcome to have fun but please remember that the people around you are not on vacation and must be respected at all times.Quiet hours are nightly at 10 PM and strictly enforced. No loud outdoor activity is allowed past this time.No smoking. Any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine.Booking party must be at least 25 years of age.Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hours advance notice for pool heating and a payment request will be requested through VRBO.Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property.
