Modern 1 bedroom cottage, fully remodeled in the summer of 2018, including new kitchen and bath. It is at the rear of a property that has a red house in front and an apartment building. On the South side is a shipping container yard that goes to Anaheim St., and on the North is the residential neighborhood this property is on the edge of, see pictures. Parking in the gated lot is available right in front of, or close by, the cottage. Close to downtown Wilmington, which is between Long Beach and San Pedro on the port waterfront. Cleaning service with fresh towels and sheets avail for $40. Laundry service wash and fold in 24 hrs. avail for $15/load.
