Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.No smokingNo parties or eventsLate check out fee is at $50/hourThere’s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectorsNo weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
