Enjoy the warm sun by the private heated pool, or play some ping pong or corn hole before heading off to explore everything that Arizona has to offer.What to be aware of:- Pool is heated at no extra charge.- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for. – No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises- Highchair and Pack-n-Play are available upon request- Maintenance: The following professional services may be scheduled during your stay: Pool Cleaning Service, Trash Bin & Recycle Curb Service and Return, Landscaping Service, Pest Control. Service professionals may enter the exterior/back yard of the property, at reasonable times, with or without notice, in order to service the property.
