The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen television with cable and a beautiful gas fireplace–perfect for ambiance or to take the chill out of the evening air. The large dining table will comfortably accommodate your entire party. Create a meal inspired by fresh, local ingredients and enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the activity on Commercial Street below or the harbor beyond.There is a full bathroom with tile/glass shower off the main room. A hallway takes you to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen bed has a flat screen television, private door to the deck and en suite bathroom with tile/glass shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, flat screen television and comfortable sitting nook–ideal for catching up on emails or enjoying a good book. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a flat screen television. Each bedroom has a bureau and closet.A door at the end of the hall leads to the large back deck. The deck has an electric grill and comfortable outdoor furniture making it a perfect place for a barbeque, sunbathing or a cocktail. Look out over the town’s rooftops to the Pilgrim Monument beyond.This unit has wood floors throughout, high-end appliances, central air conditioning, WiFi, cable and washer/dryer. In addition to sheets and towels, robes are also provided.Store your bikes or other gear in the on-property garage. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
