The dining room consists of twin farmhouse tables that were constructed with reclaimed lumber from a local factory and a beautiful mesquite wood turntable with turquoise inlay. Dining room and kitchen has access to the covered deck with a gas grill and panoramic views of fruit orchard and rustic beauty. Upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dedicated office space. Bathrooms have tiled showers, with frameless glass doors and curb-less entry.Lower level consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with polished concrete floors throughout. Utility room has front-loading washer and dryer. There is an additional sitting area with a pull-out day bed. Garage has ping-pong and foosball table with access to the backyard, covered patio and deck stairs.Available electric vehicle 220 volt charging outlet is accessible from the garage. Charging port is not provided, just the 220V outlet.PETSAll pets MUST be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval. There is additional documentation required for service animals, so please let us know if you are planning on bringing one. Please review our pet policy and confirm agreement.
