Downstairs there is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, and a half bath. While there is no designated parking space for the condo, there is plenty of street parking available right in front of it. This place has everything you need for your downtown vacation! Across the street from celebrity chef Vivian Howard’s Pizzeria and fantastic bars and restaurants. Your Wilmington Vacation Awaits!Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and patio.
