Our unit offers a split floor plan with an abundance of natural light and private balcony to enjoy the fresh Sea Breezes & Famous Florida Sunsets. Located in the sought after gated, Naples Cay complex that provides 24-hour security. Our community is amenity packed with an old Florida feel of lush landscaping & impeccable grounds.Our unit is fully renovated with many beautiful details you will notice upon entry. As mentioned it has the option to be used as private suite with the bedroom 2 when closing the pocket door.Enjoy nearby walking trails, resort style pool & spa, Har Tru tennis courts, a fitness center, two grill areas and more that is all sprawled out over 33 acres of protected natural preserves. We offer private beach access, kayaking options, beach combing and relaxing in the sun to all help you pass the time.Important things to note: All linens and towels are included; beach chairs and beach towels are also included!
