You will have easy access to the Great Sand Dunes National Park (about a 1 hour drive door to door) Crestone spiritual centers, several hot springs, great hikes moderate to advanced including Crestone Needle and other 14ers, the UFO tower, Colorado Gator Farm, and more…Other things to note:Expectations on Amenities:Unlike most homes in this mountain area, this property DOES have air conditioning. But if you prefer to enjoy the mountain climate with open windows, there are portable fans for your comfort.Spiral Ladder:The loft is accessed by a spiral ladder which is not ideal for children or those who are uncomfortable with non-conforming stairs.Noise:We ask guests to respect quiet hours after 10 pm both inside and outside.
