Long term or off season rates are possible – let us know how we can help.Fully furnished home in the gated community of Anthem Country Club. It is located in a clean, quiet and safe area just north of Phoenix with easy access to the freeway.The house features 2 bedrooms, a den and 2 full bathrooms. It is fully equipped and includes a full size washer/dryer. The private back yard has a large patio area for relaxing in the sun and also has a covered area as well.There is a 2 car garage but we may have to leave our car there. It will be parked well to the side leaving plenty of room for your vehicle. There is also room to park 2 vehicles in the driveway.Non-smokers and no pets.
