We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.The Neighborhood:The East Side is known for its restaurants and bars, which range from quaint and funky to chic and cool. Walk to downtown, Lady Bird Lake, South Congress, Rainey Street, and the University of Texas campus!Getting Around:Quite easy to get around using ride-sharing apps or bikes/scooters. There is also parking at the house and free street parking.- Moody Amphitheater and University of Texas are less than 2 miles away- East 6th Street Bars are 1.5 miles- Rainey Street District is 2.3 miles- Barton Springs and Zilker Park are 6 milesOther Things to Note:Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations.
