This is the hip east side of LA – Los Feliz, Silver Lake and Echo Park are all just 10-15 minutes away by car.There are security cameras located all around the EXTERIOR of the property (no cameras are located inside the home).These cameras are monitored 24 hours a day and are there for your safety, your vehicle if parked in front and for the safety of the property.Very comfortable, private space on a quiet street.
