This modern home (2002) is located within the Historic Bay View community. The Bay View campus, auditorium & beach are within walking & biking distance. Our house has central heat & A/C, and modern kitchen, washer & drier.No Smoking indoors & outdoors on the entire property.Bay View is a Methodist Chautauqua and has many activities during the summer. This is a quiet contemplative area and no loud boisterous behavior will be allowed that might bother our neighbors..3 bedrooms:1) a queen bed & Full Bath downstairs,2) a queen bed & Bath upstairs and3) twin beds Bath upstairs.If you bring your bicycles, Bay View is a wonderful place to bike to any of your destinations in Bay View. The city of Petoskey is just a few minutes bike ride away. There are also bike paths that go all the way from Charlevoix to Mackinaw City & Harbor Springs.
