However, the backyard may not be in a usable condition for your stay, given these changes are being made. Pets are able to use the backyard.(2) There is a rail road approximately 1/2 mile away with a train that comes through 1-3 times a day, resulting in an occasional loud notice from the train horn.(3) There are stairs on the property
