Wake up surrounded by nature, but with easy access to Equinox, Erewhon Market, Sportmans’s Lodge, Sushi Row, and a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops along Ventura Boulevard.Explore the hikings trails in the neighborhood or take a short drive to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, CBC, and ABC. Beverly Hills and Downtown LA are easily accessible by ride share.There is a staircase that leads from the bottom of the property to the top. The front of the house is concealed amongst fica trees ensuring privacy from the street level. If you park on the street, you will need to take the stairs, to get to the property. It is the only set of stairs that you will need to deal.Absolutely no events, no parties, no pets, no smoking, no loud music, no filming and photography allowed on this property!!
