The deck features a gas grill, large umbrella and furniture that seats 10+. Challenge your friends to a game of corn-hole on the deck while your burgers are cooking on the BBQ, or enjoy a cocktail while you lounge in the sun. Parking is easy and secure in the attached two-car garage which accommodates one large SUV or two small cars.The main attraction is the home’s prime village location. Walk to everything! The home is ideally located on the bay side of the island across the street from Centennial Park and one block to the Ferry Landing, restaurants and bayside shops. Jump on the ferry for a scenic 10-minute ride across the bay to take in downtown San Diego, the USS Midway Museum, Little Italy and Gaslamp District. Or soak up the sun on one of the nearby bay beaches.
