Fully stocked and only a five minute walk from the beach, this property is a must see!This cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed with direct access to one deck overlooking the lagoon. The second bedroom also has a king size bed.This cottage features top of line appliances and furniture. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel, profile GE appliances, and full service for 8. The bathrooms are brightly tiled with a rainfall shower-head in MB.Outside of the cottage, enjoy the lagoon views from either of the two private decks. The beach is only a five minute walk from the cottage, and the community pool is even closer. Tennis courts are available for use for a fee. Cougar Point Golf Course is located across the street. It provides a beautiful landscape for interested golfers or a place to enjoy a cocktail or coffee at the clubhouse overlooking the 18th hole.With inexpensive direct flights from New York, Chicago, and Houston, and only 30 minutes from Charleston, this is a perfect location for long weekends any time of year.
