Doing so will result in a $250 coverage fee.There’s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectorsPlease leave heat at 55-60F upon check out; if heat is left on at a higher temperature than 60F upon check out, we may need to charge a $25 fee.No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
