The first two levels are reserved for short-term guests, and the upper floors are all owner-occupied or rented long-term. The 70-unit building also offers guests an expansive indoor/outdoor community area with fire table seating, gaming area, and grilling station.Shortly before your arrival date, you will receive codes for the parking garage, exterior/interior building doors, and the condo door.
