Please note that our arcade games are an added perk of the home. Occasionally, they experience technical issues and we are at the mercy of technicians to fix them. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $1,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If police are called due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the property, and we charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee for 8 AM to 12 PM). If early check in is not feasible, you are permitted to drop off your luggage in the garage prior to check in (free of charge). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive.
