The open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Yosemite. Or, relax on the front deck enjoying evening drinks while cooking a BBQ on the Weber propane grill. Everything in the house is brand new as of March 2022, and it’s sparkling clean.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook fabulous meals. There is everything from a NutriBullet for smoothies, a panini maker for gourmet sandwiches, a slow cooker for stews, a blender for drinks, to a rice cooker and microwave. There is a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig if you prefer to bring your pods.There are 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a study/den with a large sofa and TV. It comfortably sleeps 8 people. The first bedroom has a King bed with a generous en suite, that includes a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of twin over-twin bunk beds and a desk. The queen and twin bedrooms share a hallway bath with two vanity sinks and a separate bathtub/shower combo. All bedrooms have new mattresses and crisp, white linens/towels.We offer Dish satellite TV, and Hughes Net satellite internet/WI-Fi (for browsing and emails only, no streaming. After all, we are in the middle of a national park!). We also offer a few games and DVDs. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home.This property is in the upper part of Yosemite West, which means more snow to enjoy in the winter and cooler temps during the summer. It’s known as one of the very best locations in Yosemite West! We, the owners, love exploring all that Yosemite has to offer and look forward to welcoming you to our home!
