Each bedroom offers memory foam mattresses and smart TVs. Modern kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials you will need including a dishwasher, filtered water/ice maker, margarita machine and keurigand coffee pot, depending on your preference (coffee grinder also available), overlooking the living room with a 65″ TV / media center. Game room off the pool has darts, poker table, Golden Tee arcade game, board games and TV over the fireplace. The newly resurfaced pool and pool deck have comfortable patio furniture, loungers with table / umbrella & a fire pit to make the beautiful AZ weather even more enjoyable. There is also a whole-home water filtration system and washer/dryer available for your use.Guest accessThe front door has an electronic keypad.
