Parking can be tough but with patience you can easily find a spot on Mission Blvd.Nestled on the 3rd floor of our building, the penthouse offers a serene and private retreat away from the bustling city. The building features 2 other units located on the 1st and 2nd floors, each designed for 2 guests, ensuring your privacy and tranquility during your stay.We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 9AM, so you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. While we want you to have an unforgettable time, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the other guests and keep noise levels at a respectful level.In other words, our home is not a party house, and any additional guests not on the reservation must be cleared with the host beforehand. We want to ensure that everyone has a wonderful and peaceful stay.Additionally, we have a tandem garage that can fit most vehicles, but it’s designed for two mid-sized cars. The garage dimensions are 7’w x 14’d x 6’8t, providing secure parking for your vehicles during your stay.Thank you for considering our property for your Mission Beach/San Diego getaway.
