This is a great location right next to Piedmont Park, Ponce City Market, the Botanical Gardens, food, entertainment, etc.The space:Our 3 story home has a modern open concept feel. We have spacious rooms with 10 ft ceilings, a beautiful backyard, and a secret bookcase door leading up to our loft and wrap-around Rooftop Terrace with fairy lights and a Fire Pit. The property has beautiful nature views, and we also try to bring as much nature as we can into the home to provide a feeling of tranquility.The neighborhood:Midtown is the most walkable neighborhood in Atlanta, and our home is considered a ‘Walker’s Paradise’ (90/100) according to Walk Score. We are literally a short walk or drive to almost everything in the city. Midtown is one of safest neighborhoods in Atlanta, and especially around our home you should never feel unsafe walking around. You’ll be surrounded by some of the best shops, restaurants and bars in Atlanta and we’ll tell you about some of our favorite placesOther things to note:Aaron & Amy will stop by on Sunday to take the trash out to the curb for trash pickup.NOTE: This is a Duplex (our home is on the right side), so please be considerate of our neighbors.
