The kitchen is well-appointed, and the large quartz countertop is a perfect spot to gather around, prep and serve those delicious meals.Wallpaper accents lend a unique character to each bedroom. Striking geometric tiling in bathrooms compliment the bedrooms. The primary ensuite features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and mood lighting. Easy access from the kitchen to the large built-in grill outside. Delight in in the pool fountains and waterfall cascading while cooking up burgers and steaks. Enjoy dining al fresco by the poolside in the outdoor dining table with umbrella.Lounge by the pool or sip wine and relax in the shade under the large pergola while gazing at the view of the mountains and palm trees.Have a friendly competition of ping-pong, and corn hole before dipping in the pool while the afternoon drifts away. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
