With a spacious, open floor plan and a beautiful outdoor area featuring a 100+ year old oak tree, our home is the spot for your group to explore all Savannah has to offer.- Brand new renovation featuring a beautiful Chef’s kitchen with essential cookware- Smart TV with streaming capabilities.- Other amenities include wifi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more- All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.- 12′ ceilings, plaster moldings, and heart pine floors.-Shared outdoor space with private pool, loungers, and outdoor dining area.Guest Access:The entire home is for your exclusive use.The Neighborhood:Located a quick 2 min walk away from Forsyth Park, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront.There are a few homes in the neighborhood that need to be renovated, so while this could still be considered a transitional neighborhood, we have never had any safety issues. As far as safety is concerned, common sense is the general rule of thumb, just like in any major city.All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.Getting Around:Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park (2 minute walk) and SCAD (12 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.Other Things to Note:*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.Interaction with Guests:You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
