You’ll love the ultra-modern chic furnishings and decor, especially the master bedroom with an amazing wall-sized closet with lights and an en suite bathroom. Each of the other bedrooms is outfitted with new linens for a great night’s rest after a fun day of exploring the city. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a 4-person kitchen dining area, an 8-person large dining table, and spacious bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you’re in :)-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we’ve got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, cleaners typically need around 5 hours.-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.Have any questions about our home or location?
