(this is the closest garage to your unit.)Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.The Neighborhood:Due to city ordinance:No fireworksQuiet Hours 10pm – 8amOther Things to Note:Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.Pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
