Unlike those properties, our condo does not look out over parking lots or busy roads. Our condo is the highest elevated bottom floor unit in the Plantation, with a lanai view of the beautiful garden/pool area and year round breezes. Amenities include: Pool/Garden view (NOT STREETS AND PARKING LOTS), NEW Central Air Conditioning, master bedroom king size memory foam mattress, Pack and Play, Three TV’s., comfy queen in second bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers.
