As you enter the house you have the kitchen which is well appointed with quartz counter tops & high end stainless steel appliances, equipped with full kitchenware. There are bar stools around kitchen counter, and additional seating with a fire pit table on the patio with a BBQ. The living room offers full seating, TV (You tube TV) and you can access other streaming services with your account. And just minutes to the world famous Sea World.Other things to note- Cleaning supplies included (toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soaps, trash bags); anything else is guest’s responsibility- We have a few beach chairs & sand toys- Maximum occupancy is 6 (This means that children of any age, even infants, are counted as guests in your guest count ) Extra guests not allowed.– Guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us– Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the Premises- -Please, no pets– No large gatheringsBABY SUPPLIES: We have partnered with Baby’s Away and you can contact them for any Baby Rentals at sandiegobabysaway.comNOTE****Our home is suitable for families/quieter groups ONLY.
