We cannot have complaints from the neighbors.The owner of the house often stays on the property and is having condition, he is suffering from animal allergies; thurs, bringing animals to the property is posing a threat to his health! NO ANIMALS IN THE HOUSE!It’s important to be mindful of the following house rules while booking: guests cannot be loud while checking in or checking out, no loud music or being too loud while hanging out in the backyard or deck, no smoking, no parties or events allowed, no infants or kids younger than 12 years old are allowed in security reasons. Please, inform us immediately if anything breaks, please don’t rearrange the furniture, no pets, no firearms, no illegal drugs, no subletting of any kind. Any gatherings over 15 people are not allowed unless cleared prior to check in.If you wish to request pool or spa to be heated for a fee, please let the host know in advance.
