This home sits outside the western boundary of Yosemite National Park, one mile south of the Chinquapin intersection of Wawona Road and Glacier Point Road at an altitude of 5,100-6,300 feet.This airy home was recently remodeled to include air conditioning, an EV charging station, a computer station, a TV, and a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher-block countertops. The deck has cushioned seating and a commanding view of the surrounding woods, offering a stunning spot to cap each fun-filled day spent in Yosemite.Things to KnowDuring the winter months (affected months vary upon on the weather), all patio items are stored away. The grill will also not be available during this time.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
