Numerous smart TVs are equipped with modern streaming services. The kitchen includes a coffee station, small appliances perfect for preparing meals, and opens up to a dining space with seating for 8. Additionally, the main floor includes a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, half bath, and Harry Potter like reading nook beneath the stairs. The ground floor master bedroom comes with a king bed, beautiful floor to ceiling windows with remote operated shades, and overlooks the pool and yard, with private access to the backyard. The ensuite bath features a double vanity, dual head walk-in shower and deep soaking tub overlooking the garden, and walk-in closet. The spacious backyard features multiple seating areas, string lights, and a BBQ grill, making it ideal for entertaining. The gorgeous pool includes water and light features, as well as a sun ledge. Pool heating is available upon request at $75/day. The switchback staircase, total of 20 steps, leads to a charming upstairs living space and 2 ensuite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a modern queen bed, walk-in closet and shower-tub combo. Bedroom 2 features a twin over double bunk bed, a private shower-tub combo, and walk-in closet.Guest Access:We offer self check in. Portoro uses smart locks.We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check in or check out timing, it is recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.The Neighborhood:Unit A shares walls with another home, creating a sense of community. Enjoy the tranquility of the Zilker Park neighborhood, with easy access to parks and trails. A short drive takes you to the vibrant downtown area.Getting Around:Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere.
