The taxes included in the amount you paid when reserving the rental are forwarded to the Monterey County Tax Collector under Certificate Number displayed in the room✔For stays more than 30 days, there is no TOT Tax that will be collected separately. Pls complete the TOT exemption form(form is attached in the rental agreement for reference) on the first day checkin to be compliant.
