Offering a city ocean view, our studio has designer furnishings, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV, plus a kitchenette and sitting area. Additional amenities include a private marina, a beauty bar and a short walk to Whole Foods and many local dining locations.You are leasing a privately owned Unit operating independently from the Hotel. You are our private guest, and not one of the Hotel. This may result in some amenity limitations such as maid service and no front desk calls. You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities for a few days. Being a resident vacation rental and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay these amenities inside the room are not replenished. We do provide daily maid services on request at current rates. Discounts apply for multiple cleanings. Check in at the front desk Hotel guest must be provided a picture ID for guest verification and registration on arrival matching the reservation name. All rules and policy mirror the hotel guest policy. No Smoking anywhere in the hotel or hotel grounds.
