You will have plenty of hot water too!Outside there are two patio chairs beside the Buddha, loungers in the carport. Out back in the enclosed yard we have a ping pong table and swing to relax on.We love loving pets, so we make our property available to the same. You are responsible for cleaning up your dog’s messes in the yard.We do our best to keep our home clean and comfortable and do not allow cigarettes/cigars anywhere. The backyard or by the carport it is ok to vape or 420 if you make sure to have the doors/windows closed and dispose of properly.As energy conscious people, we have a 8KW, 22 panel, solar array on the roof to help offset the home’s energy use. Water is a precious commodity in the desert.
